Fake job offers are a growing problem in India. Fraudsters sometimes use the names of genuine recruitment companies, including ours, to ask job seekers for money or personal information. Please read this notice carefully.

Ultivora never charges candidates any fee. Anyone who asks you for money in our name is not acting for us. Our official email addresses end in @ultivora.xyz.

1.How genuine Ultivora communication looks

  • We contact people from email addresses ending in @ultivora.xyz, and by calls from our team where we have introduced ourselves.
  • We tell you the role, the employer (where we are permitted to), the location and the nature of the engagement before asking you to invest time in a process.
  • An offer of employment comes from the hiring employer, in writing, on its letterhead or official email. It is never issued only through a chat message.

2.Warning signs of a fake offer

  • You are asked to pay money for registration, interview, training, security, uniform, laptop, visa, medical tests or “processing”.
  • The email comes from a free address such as Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook, or from a domain that looks similar to ours but is slightly different.
  • You are offered a job without an interview, or after a very short chat, especially for a high salary or for a very easy role.
  • You are pressured to decide or pay quickly, or told that the offer will lapse within hours.
  • You are asked for your bank PIN, OTP, card details, UPI PIN or passwords, or asked to install an app or share your screen.
  • You are asked to hand over original certificates or identity documents, or to pay through a personal account or a payment link.
  • Communication is only through WhatsApp or Telegram, with poor grammar, no named contact and no company details.

3.What Ultivora will never do

  • Ask for money from a candidate for any reason.
  • Ask for your bank, card, UPI or OTP details.
  • Ask for original documents to be kept as security.
  • Promise a job in return for a payment.

4.How to protect yourself

  • Verify the sender’s email domain carefully, and independently confirm that a message is from us by writing to the contact address on this website.
  • Check that the employer is real, and that the role appears on its own official website or through its official channels.
  • Never pay anyone to get a job. Genuine employers and recruiters do not charge candidates.
  • Share personal documents only after you have verified the opportunity, and share only what is genuinely required.
  • Take your time. A genuine opportunity will still be there after you have checked it.

5.If you have been targeted or have lost money

Act quickly:

  • Contact your bank immediately to report the transaction and ask it to block the payment or account if possible.
  • Call the National Cyber Crime Helpline on 1930, and report the matter on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
  • File a complaint at your nearest police station.
  • Keep every message, email, phone number, payment receipt and screenshot, as evidence.
  • Tell us at info@ultivora.xyz so that we can take action against misuse of our name.

6.Misuse of our name

Using the name, logo or branding of Ultivora to deceive people is unlawful, and we will take appropriate action, including reporting to the authorities, against anyone who does so. We are not responsible for losses suffered through dealings with persons who falsely claim to represent us.
